I am in the process at this time of writing a book about EDINA; how it came into being, my history with The Ankenash, the first initiations and the effects on the initiates. I will be telling about how EDINA works and about the results that students have had with using EDINA on their clients/friends/family. Keep checking back to hear about my progress. How EDINA works

What you may not know is that the primary healing mode of EDINA (Energy Dynamics for the Integration of Natural Attributes) has to do with esoteric light. This is not light in the visible range, however. Esoteric light vibrates at a frequency we cannot yet see with our eyes open. However, most of us can it see inside the mind's eye. The reason most people cannot yet see with their eyes open is that they cannot yet see into the fifth dimension...and when they have evolved to the point of seeing into the fifth dimension, then they are able to see this light with their eyes open.

While doing EDINA, we form balls of light of various colors using our hands and our intention in the air above the client, and then we draw down streams of that light into the lightbody of the client as instructed by the Ankenash. Which color we use depends upon which part of the body we are working upon. This is taught in the various levels of EDINA, with the more complicated techniques in the advanced classes. The Anakenash come into the room to work in the extra-dimensional realms when invoked. They can work all the way out to the twelfth dimension (or "density", as they call it) in our auric fields. They do this to help prepare us for ascension, gradually. They remove unhelpful energetic implants in our field, as well as reconnecting our 12-strand DNA...again, gradually so as not to traumatize us.

The Ankenash talk to us and tell us which technique to use in the moment. The instructions may be perceived as words in our heads, or images visioned in the head, or just an inner knowing of what to do next. The more classes a student of EDINA has taken, the more modalities they have to work with when the Ankenash are present in the healing setting. At the same time the Ankenash are working with us, giving us instructions, they are also working in the outer levels of the client's lightbody, as well as within the 3-D body.

Your body and my body have a "doppleganger," or double, made of light. This is where we feed the esoteric light, certain colors go into certain locations. When the lightbody version of the liver is fed the proper color of light, for example, it becomes stronger and tonified. This then translates to the physical level of health later. While we are working, feeding light into the liver (or small intestine, or wherever) dark matter, or black smoke-looking energies, are often falling out of the liver, through the table, and down onto the floor. The Ankenash have given us a technique to drain that dark energy, or detritus, down into the earth where it is transformed into nutrients for the lightbodies of plants!

In the advanced EDINA there is a technique for actually using a tool to safely pull the black smoke, or detritus, out of the body and into the vortex in the floor which acts as a drain for this pathogenic energy. If you know anything about shamanism, this will sound quite familiar. EDINA is shamanism for the twenty-first century and beyond. We use rattles and feathers and Lightbody Disease Extraction as well as many techniques taken from medical chi-gong.

In the advanced levels the Hathors of Venus can also be invoked to come into the room and help us with sound healing, particularly vocal toning. This form of sound healing is extremely powerful when coupled with drawing down the light!

EDINA Module Two Being Taught for the First Time!

I am happy to report that this weekend, July 19 and 20, I will be teaching Advanced EDINA Module Two for the first time ever. This will occur in Houston, Texas. These are the dates that The Ankenash chose, for their own reasons.

As you may already know, I am in the process of weaving together pieces of an ancient healing system which were fragmented and spread over the globe in different cultures. I do this at the request and with the assistance of The Ankenash, Healing Corps of the Ashtar Command, Sirius-B. Advanced EDINA Module Two is the third of three classes so far. The first was Basic EDINA, introduced August 15, 2007, and then Advanced EDINA Module One came along in late 2008. The third class continues with adding techniques The Ankenash have given me in the course of doing sessions on people, as well as techniques taken from medical chi gong, and from North and South American shamanism. They tell me that EDINA is shamanism for the 21st century and beyond.

In this class we will learn about how to use feathers and rattles, how to change/restore the RNA/DNA if it has been damaged or altered, how to assist in releasing pent-up emotions stored in the body, how to heal/balance the hara line, safe shamanic techniques for disease extraction, how to straighten a crimped pranic tube, how and where to feed light into the meridians, and further uses for the I Ching hexagrams, just to name a few. I am really excited about sharing this with the world!

Modules One and Two now available @ a distance

EDINA energy medicine works directly upon the Lightbody, which then affects the physical/emotional/mental bodies. Module Two is now complete and can be studied at a distance, as can Module One. Basic EDINA is a prerequisite to these classes. These distance classes are self-paced. You will be emailed the written portion in a pdf file to print out as your manual. You will be emailed a link to the audio portion of the class, which will be on the website as pages not available to anyone who has not received that link.

Basic EDINA teaches you how to connect to the Ankenash, who appear in the healing room to work on the client in densities (dimensions) 4-12 while you work on them in the three. It also teaches specific techniques for drawing down the light to the various organs in the Five Elements system, as well as how to remove pathogenic energies safely. This class lasts about 4-6 hours in person, and is available for study at a distance. Initiations are done at a distance after you let us know that you have completed the class.

Module One teaches the developmental history of the energetic anatomy starting with the zygote. This module also contains new information directly from the Ankenash; techniques never before used in the healing context on this planet. The module also includes some techniques from Medical Chi Gong, because that is one of the places where several methods used in the healing temples of Atlantis have been saved from obscurity. There is a special new technique for the central nervous system (shown clinically to be healing for narcolepsy, attention deficit, anxiety, depression, etc.) another for the bones, one for cellular release/clearing, and more. There are additional specific colors of light given for different body parts--including the dantiens, chakras, major muscle groups, and there are charts to show the locations.

We are excited to report that in this class you will learn powerful sound healing techniques, for yourself or clients, plus how to invoke the Hathors in the healing session to assist with sound healing. The Hathors are ascended beings who are Masters of Sound.

Module One also teaches pranic breathing, as well as how to flush the pranic tube of detritus which can collect due to various physical/emotional conditions, including past life dross which can collect in the tube, and thus restrict flow within the pranic tube. This obstruction can limit the energy in the lightbody which negatively impacts the physical/emotional bodies.

Module Two expands the light colors for specific locations in the body/lightbody, and teaches you how/where to draw down which colors of light into the meridians, where to focus the light for disorders of the myelin sheath and connective tissues, repairing RNA/DNA of the different body systems such as respiratory, circulatory, nervous, skeletal, reproductive, urinary, digestive and integumentary systems. Shamanic techniques are also taught for releasing pathogenic energies, as well as removal of objects imbedded in the lightbody from this lifetime or other lives. Example, if your client were run through with a sword in battle, the energetic imprint of the sword may still be there. This technique would allow you to remove that sword from the client's lightbody. These shamanic techniques come from both North and South American indigenous cultures, where additional Atlantean healing techniques have been preserved. For this we are grateful to the indigenous peoples of the Americas. The Ankenash have impressed upon Lois J. Wetzel the task of re-assembling these techniques which were fragmented and spread over the planet after the "Fall". These are being re-assembled into EDINA: a healing system for the new era we are entering.

In Basic EDINA the seven bodily chakras are initiated. After Module One is completed, the Earth Star chakra is initiated, and after Module Two an initiation to yet another chakra occurs. These initiations are very effective at a distance. The initiations utilize sacred geometry forms.

In addition to healing, one of the primary objectives of EDINA energy medicine is readying humanity for the portal of ascension--when the time comes for Ascension. Each individual is addressed according to his/her individual needs. No two sessions are alike.

EDINA Module Two being formed...

EDINA is constantly evolving. It is a growing, developing morphogenic field, directed by the Ankenash, Healing Corps of the Ashtar Command from Sirius-B. The next step in the development of the curriculum is EDINA Module Two, and it is being formed at this time. I do not know how many Modules there will be yet. I simply am following guidance.

Module Two will be comprised of many new techniques, including some ancient shamanic tools. From the beginning of my instruction in the EDINA energy medicine, the Ankenash have told me that my task is to pull together fragments of what we formerly practiced in the Healing Temples of Atlantis. Many fragmented pieces of that ancient healing art have found their way into several different cultures across the globe. Some, naturally, have been lost forever. But many have been preserved fragmentally, like bits of fibers, waiting to be woven back into a new fabric.

Module One leans on medical chi gong heavily, which was a shamanic practice originally, and which contains many important tools from Atlantis. But Module Two will contain some other techniques that have been preserved by indigenous peoples, such as proper usage of feathers and rattles. Removing "black smoke," and straightening out kinks in energy channels will be among the techniques. There will be vocal toning techniques for healing the auric field and the physical/emotional body, and additional information about more specific places to draw down the light, and what colors go into which energy channels and at what specific points on the body.

As this field expands, the methods of application and the techniques become more detailed. The tools are then even tighter in their effect, more focused, and more powerful in their effect. Healing sessions are more and more exciting, and "unexplained" or miraculous healings occur even for the people using Basic EDINA. As the morphogenic field expands, is used more, and more healers and lay persons join in and utilize the connections, and as more people use the advanced module(s) the EDINA field of healing becomes more effective.

It is such an honor to be present at the birth of such a grand design for healing the people and the planet, to which the people are so intimately connected. Thank you for taking this journey with us!

Advanced EDINA Healing Classes

This is an update on the advanced EDINA classes, which have not yet been explained on this blog. The first advanced healing class, EDINA Module One, was designed as a follow-up to Basic EDINA. In the Basic class, the student is instructed how to draw down various colors of light to infuse the different organ systems, how to remove pathogenic energies, and so on. Additionally, the student is initiated to be able to receive the energy of EDINA. Each of the seven major chakras is initiated with a different sacred geometrical symbol. These sacred symbols were given to Lois by The Ankenash in meditation. The symbols function as a way to allow the student to connect to and receive and use the energy of EDINA, and also to be able to call upon it in their healing sessions. These initiations are very similar to Reiki initiations, since The Ankenash are the Ones who originally brought Reiki to the planet tens of thousands of years ago, before it was lost and later rediscovered by Usui. Yet the symbols are completely different, since this is energy medicine for very different times than the times for which Reiki was designed.

Reiki is directed by the Reiki Masters in Spirit, and EDINA is directed, at this time, by The Ankenash, who are Lightbeings from Sirius-B, and who exist in twelve dimensions. Later, when there are many EDINA Masters in Spirit, The Ankenash will not be as directly involved. EDINA Masters in Spirit will be directing the energy flow, after The Ankeash train them as to how this is done safely and properly.

With the Module One advanced EDINA Class, the student is further instructed in the etheric anatomy and how it develops in the human, starting with the human's single-celled fertilized egg. There is instruction regarding sacred geometry, including mandalas, plus sound and color, as well as how those all are related in healing. Many, many new techniques are covered in this course, new colors to be drawn down to different areas of the body, the use of sound in healing, and more. The student also learns how to connect to The Hathors, an ascended race of beings from Venus, who are Masters of Sound. The Hathors assist with the sound and voice toning parts of this class, and may be summoned by the initiate after this class to do sound healing work in the healing setting, as well as group voice toning experiences. This is a content-rich class, and all the students have remarked that it far exceeded their expectations as well.

As of this date of posting, Advanced EDINA Module One has been taught three times since January of 2009, when it first was introduced. The next class Lois was instructed by The Ankenash to teach was not the class which comes after Module One, which of course is Module Two. The next class, rather, was one which requires Basic EDINA as a prerequisite, but surprisingly was not Module One. This class is simply entitled SPECIAL Healing Techniques.

"Special Healing Techniques" class first instructs students in the ethics of utilizing these powerful advanced healing techniques. Then we cover shamanic journeying techniques, including remote viewing, which is an ancient technique of shamanism, during which the student creates his/her own healing workshop. With a remote healing workshop the student can heal others and self remotely. The class also teaches the student how to do readings from the Akashic Records, and how to remove dark energy patterns/signatures from places, people and animals. This is done with compassion for all energies involved. Why? Because every energy pattern/signature is originally from the Creator, even if its path has been diverted temporarily. We remove them with the hope of returning them, cleansed and healed, to the Light. We call upon Archangel Michael, among other beings, for assistance with this work.

Students of this class, which was taught for the first time in July of 2009, also remarked that it far exceeded their expectations as well.

Some Sound Healing Frequencies

We are using sound healing frequencies in Advanced EDINA. We are told to use Solfeggio frequencies, which humans used long ago, and which were lost when the scales changed around the time of Bach. When art or music changes, the civilization follows.

Below I have picked up some sound healing frequencies "tunes" from the Solfeggio scale that were posted on YouTube. I have been hoping someone would make music using them. And they have!

Chapter Thirteen: Update Received January 15, 2009

This was originally posted on the EDINA Google Group for Initiates only. I am posting it here so that everyone can read it.

Lately, I have been a little worried that nothing new was coming down the pike, and concerned as to whether I am where I am supposed to be, doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing. Each time I ask, I am told in effect to relax, everything is right on schedule.

And today I got new information from the Ankenash.

First, now that The Ankenash only show up to work on us when an Initiate says, "I now open the EDINA portal," it is okay to say the full name "Ankenash" any time we want to, even in casual
conversations! They have recalibrated their listening devices so they do not show up when we simply speak their names.

Next, the Ankenash are now asking that we begin to have meetings open to the public, like those done in Meet Up groups: http://www.meetup.com/ and discuss EDINA there, and do practice sessions on people who show up, or on each other. This is how friends and family and strangers who are guided to us will learn about EDINA. The morphogenic field is strong enough now that we do not have to protect EDINA so much, and people do not have to find out about EDINA just from being guided to the websites. (Remember, no one can open the EDINA portal until they have been initiated. The Ankenash will not hear them. This is a safety device put in place by The Ankenash, so people who do not know what they are doing cannot contact them.) If you want to teach, or if you just want people to practice upon so you can get feedback, people who are already interested in spirituality, this is how you will connect with new people, or include friends and family who are not initiated. Create a Meetup.com group, or similar group.

(We will also have meetings that are only for EDINA Initiates, and not open to the public. This is in line with the practices of shamen, nuns, priests, monks, etc. throughout the ages. Some meetings are of a more sacred nature, and some kind of committment needs to have been made to the spiritual essence of the meeting for anyone to be there. "Skeptics and eye-rollers" cast a pall on such meetings, and take away from the spiritual energies in the circle.)

I am to start a blog where I discuss EDINA. I will talk about EDINA and the public can also go here to learn more and then be directed to the EDINA Healing Temple website: www.edinahealingtemple.com Anyone who wants to do a similar blog and mention EDINA as well as anything else they feel guided to discuss, we will be cross-linking - if you wish. So we could have a network of blogs eventually.

NEW & FULL MOON MEDITATIONS

We are being asked to have New Moon and or Full Moon meditations. Start slowly, don't wear yourself out, you can do one every few months until the group gets into the swing of things. The meeting can begin with a ceremony or meditation that includes non-initiates so that they can meditate with us. (We are honoring the cycles of the earth.) Then later, The Ankenash are requesting we have a meditation that is solely for EDINA Initiates, the others can retire elsewhere (at a respectful distance) and quietly chat, or have their own fire to sit around, or go home, or quitely do whatever they wish.

Then just the EDINA Initiates would come together and each connect to the EDINA portal, then tone together for a few minutes (group toning of vowel sounds), as this is quite healing. Then a group meditation in which the Violet flame is invoked comes next. With an altar made of natural materials, usually a big rock, in the center of the circle, place a fire pit or a candle, some kind of burning flame, in the middle. Under the fire container, place the names of anyone at all who needs healing, be it spiritual, emotional or physical. Include their name, age, and current location. Then do the meditation. At the end of the meditation, the group's prior designated person sounds a little bell gently, and the group begins to come out of the meditation. At this same time, that designated person will take the names that have been written down and burn them in the fire, signifying the release of healing outcomes to the Creator Source, saying aloud "Thy will be done." The most beneficial outcomes occur when we release the outcome to the Source. Lastly, the group expresses gratitude to the elementals who keep life on planet Earth going: The Sylphs of Air, The Undines of Water, the Gnomes of Earth and the Salamanders of Fire. Then everyone disconnects from the EDINA portal.

Ideally the New and Full Moon meditations are done outside, in nature.

EDINA is shamanism for the twenty-first century. That will become more clear as time goes on.

Chapter Twelve: Cynthia's experiences with EDINA Healing Sessions

The following is being posted here on the EDINA Blog, with permission of the EDINA Initiate who originally posted it on the confidential Google Group for EDINA Initiates. "Cynthia" is not her real name...

"I didn't really put two and two together until I read other people's experiences of EDINA which they reported on the EDINA Google Group.

I am a BodyTalk practitioner and have two women clients that have been getting BodyTalk from me for about a year. I took the BodyTalk's Body Chemistry class and had my Basic EDINA class within a week of each other. For both of these long-term clients, both Body Chemistry Specifics and EDINA came up as priorities. Both women needed the Egg mix body chemistry treatment, which re-establishes the body's resonance with its own proteins at a cellular level. Both women also needed EDINA, and The Ankenash assisted me. Each woman had two sessions like this.

After the first session, the first client, who has survived two bouts of breast cancer/chemo/radiation, felt exhausted and awful. She had been told when she received her last chemotherapy round two years earlier, that she had received the maximum lifetime dose and would not be able to get more if the cancer returned. She was also warned that leukemnia was a possibility down the road. When she developed burst capillaries on the trunk of her body, she went to her oncologist, who is also a friend of hers. The doctor cried at the appointment; she was sure that this was leukemia, and did not think the patient had long to live.

I shared an office with the client at the time, and she came to me and told me that she most likely had leukemia, and would be closing her practice. We did another session with EDINA and also the Body Chemistry details. She reported that after the session she felt The Ankenash wake her up at night and work on her. When she got her blood work from the next doctor's appointment, the abnormal leukemia cells were present in her blood and bone marrow, but the doctor was perplexed because they were not multiplying at the expected rate. A week after the first blood test, the tests indicated that cells were 80 percent cleared. A month later, the leukemia cells were undetectable. She now says she feels better than she has felt in ten years.

The second woman had uterine and ovarian cancer and had had a hysterectomy a few years ago at a young age (she is now only 28). She had been told she had HPV virus, often associated with cervical cancer, and had other issues associated with HPV. After her first EDINA session and Body Chemistry details, she started having symptoms that pointed to cervical cancer. On inspection, her doctor warned her that this is what it looked like. He decided to do an advanced pap smear stat and made the appointment for the biopsy. She also received her results after her second session with The Ankenash and Body Chemistry Specifics, plus she reported feeling The Ankenash working on her at odd times. Her doctor was perplexed and pleased. Not only was the
disturbance he had seen gone, but her pap smear was completely normal. She had NEVER had a normal pap smear. Not only this, but the HPV was undetectable. She was ecstatic.

I have to admit, this whole process was scary for me. I took it personally that two people I was working on had cancer scares at the same time. I couldn't understand why they had this coming on, or in their bodies, and it wasn't addressed in a way that I could recognize that's what we were working on. I couldn't prove why this happened, but I am very happy that both clients are
healthy now.

This EDINA energy medicine is interesting stuff, that's for sure!"

Chapter Eleven: Some Recent Events

Recently, I went against my ego's better judgement, and taught Basic EDINA at a location where I swore several years ago that I would never again teach. I swore this due to the consistent maltreatment of teachers at this location by the woman who runs it, and due to a couple of very bad personal experiences having taught there myself years ago. However, circumstances rather pushed me into a position where I felt to correctly represent EDINA to the group who goes there, I needed to teach it at that location at least once. Besides, my guides had insisted that I do this. What they said was, "It's time to shift the energy at this location."

Two of my local instructors and one instructor-trainee were also there that day. Brian, one of the EDINA instructors, also moves "dark energies" from people and places, was there at my request. I knew he definitely needed to be there. I was not going to feel safe otherwise. The place was notorious for having "bad energy." Many people would walk in there for one event or another and just turn around and leave, the energy was so bad. And this is supposedly a spiritual center! Before the day of the class, I just assumed it was because no one knew to clear the energy periodically. Healing and psychic fairs go on there, and in that kind of situation, where people consistently "dump" pathogenic energies, it is important to clear the space of these energies on a regular, consistent basis. But no one seemed to be doing that...otherwise why was the energy field so wretched? Why did most people get such a horribly bad feeling when they walked in there that they had to leave immediately?

When the class got underway, it became evident that there were dark energies swarming the place. It was intense. I could hardly think for all the interference. A sentence would begin to come out of my mouth, and by the time I got halfway through it, I would have no idea what the end of the sentence was supposed to be. Brian, who moves darkness, was working steadily in the back of the room, clearing the energy, and working up a sweat. Yet it was not until we did a meditation as a group, however, invoking St. Germain's violet flame in the facility and on its grounds, that the darkness finally was gone. The power of the group was needed in this situation.

We further instructed in the meditation that anyone who comes there and has a "dark energy parasite" attached to them, will enter without the parasite. It must wait out by the street. They can pick the parasite back up again after they leave, if they wish. Some people are not yet ready to let go of these parasites, and the decision to let them go is a free-will thing. Brian's belief is that they come to us to teach us lessons, and when the lesson is learned, we can choose to release them. Or not.

During the "violet flame" meditation, I also invoked the Archangel Michael to take the darkness that we were sending away, and re-route it to where it needed to go - in his judgement. This is one of Archangel Michael's agreed-upon duties at this time. I have never, ever, felt anything so powerful as far as an energy shift in a space is concerned.

What Brian later confided to me was that there had been a vast, open vortex to the "underworld" (for lack of a better word) beneath the room where we were working, and that it was allowing a flood of darkness to keep coming in. He sealed it with the violet flame, and our meditation removed the rest of the darkness up out of the center, which the heart torus of the Archangel Michael permanently took away to each of their appropriate locations.

After that, the class went very smoothly. The students were sharp, and had great questions. Some were students/clients of mine, others were there because I had advertised in the center's magazine. I felt that I had reached some people whom I would not otherwise have reached, but that the main reason we were there was to truly "shift the energy" in that space. We did that. I do not expect that I will need to teach there again, but that if I did, it would be a far better experience than ever before.

Chapter Ten: The First Hundred

There were more initiations. Many were at a distance, many in person. In person the class numbers usually remained at about seven people. This was a comfortable level of energy to run through my body in the initiations. I held a class in Dallas and one in a small town just outside San Antonio. There was also a class in College Station, Texas. There were several classes in Houston attended by people from other cities who drove in for the class. When Cathy Chapman taught one of her classes in Japan, she told them about EDINA, and there were a number of distance initiates from there. I did the initiations, and Sunny Izumi taught the classes. There were also many distance initiates from a number of states in the USA, and one person who came to Houston from Bolivia to visit family got an initation while she was here. A week later she returned to Bolivia. One initiate, a medical doctor, left the USA to go home to the middle east about a month after his initiation. I believe one initiate from the Dallas group moved back to the Phillippines after her initiation. There were initiates on four continents, at a minimum, that I knew about.

And so by June of 2008, only ten months after the first initiations, the Ankenash' s goal of the First Hundred EDINA Initiates on Earth was achieved. It took my breath away. I knew from studying BodyTalk, listening to John Veltheim talk about the matrix of any organization, that a group of people doing the same thing in the same way creates a field of energy that all of them can draw upon. The larger the group, the stronger that the energy becomes. The fact that some of the initiates were not professional healers did not matter so much; they held the energy for the force field, or morphogenic field, of EDINA to form.

By the time there were about forty initiates something interesting happened. One of the initiates, Rick, who was in international industrial sales (not a professional healer) told me that a friend of his was having back spasms, and so he did EDINA on her back. He connected to the Ankenash as instructed in class, and placed his hands over the muscle in spasm. He did not use any of the fancy techniques; he just placed his hands on her back, nothing more. They became blazingly hot, much to his and the friend's amazement. He referred to this as connecting to EDINA and "doing Reiki." I asked when he had a Reiki Initiation. He replied that he had not, he had only had an EDINA initiation. I was internally flashing with puzzlement like a pinball machine, many different thoughts bouncing around inside me, lights flashing off and on, internal noises sounding. What was going on here that I did not know about? Was EDINA coming in through the hands? His hands reportedly became quite hot and the client's back spasm went away in a few minutes. What could possibly be happening, and what were the implications?

That evening I contacted the Ankenash, and asked them what had happened with Rick and the friend's back spasm. Humorous as they often are, their reply was, "Yes, EDINA comes in through the hands now that there are enough initiates for us to begin to allow this to occur. We brought Reiki to the planet, what did you think was going to happen with EDINA?" They said it in a laughing, lighthearted, offhand kind of way.

I replied, "Well, why didn't you tell me that this was coming?"

"We thought outside confirmation was the best way to tell you," they answered gently.

They were absolutely right. I had scoffed at the idea of achieving one hundred initiates within a year, all initiated by me, so of course I would have rolled my eyes at the idea of EDINA coming in through those initiates' hands like Reiki, only much more intensely. Letting me know about this through Rick was just perfect.

I have always been impressed that the Ankenash have only given me access to as much information as they feel I can handle at the time. Had they come into my healing room the first day and said, "We will work with you a couple of years, disappear, then come back five years later and through you bring a new, high frequency form of energy medicine that will spread all over the planet and help humanity to ascend..." Well, I would have run from the room screaming and permanently gone into hiding under the bed. I am speaking metaphorically, of course, but there is just so much one can handle at a time, and the Ankenash have always known how much it was that I, personally, could handle.

Every time I have asked them why they chose me to bring in this form of healing, they have simply replied, "Why not you?" That rather ends the discussion.

Chapter Nine: More Classes

The second Basic EDINA class was hosted by my good friend, the psychologist, Dr. Cathy Chapman, on a Sunday in her home in September of 2007. This was her idea, bless her, to invite her people and host it in her home. There were about eleven people there, I think. All of them were Cathy's contacts, some of whom I also knew for one reason or another. As with the first class, all were women except for one lone male. I did not know what this meant, but it was very interesting to me.

As I was to soon learn in greater detail, every class has a distinct feel to it. No two classes are ever the same, due to the energies brought in by the individuals. I had known this when I taught art in high school, when I was in my early twenties, and I learned it all over again, beginning with Cathy's class. There were some very interesting people there, most of them were already doing some kind of healing work professionally. One was a musician, Jim Commander, interested in the Fibonacci sequence. He had actually cut a CD for meditation using that scale, which is different than the scale most music is composed upon in Western culturethese days, and the specific vibrations of which many believe have special healing qualities. We talk more about this in the advanced EDINA Class, Module One. This is the musical scale used by the ancients, until a few hundred years ago. Gregorian chants use the Fibonacci scale. Confucious said that if you change the music of a culture, you change the culture. I believe this to be absolutely true and a deep, profound piece of information. Everything that is, is made of a vibration. Musical tones are also vibrations. Every vibration we hear from car alarms to rap music to jackhammers and from the cooing of doves to the sighs of our lover and Bhangra music affect us, and affect us deeply. Even those vibrations we do not hear affect us, including the thoughts of others.

And so, the second Basic EDINA class went very smoothly, and everyone seemed to understand what I was talking about. This was probably due to most of them being energy workers already, doing various forms of energy medicine from acupuncture to BodyTalk, Reiki, Sat Nam Rasayan, Touch for Health, Theta Healing, and so on. A few of them did the energy work on the side for friends and family, but many of them were full-time practitioners.

There were once again people from several different towns in Texas in attendance, as with the first class. I realized with surprise and awe that the Ankenash were spreading their roots widely over the state as they built the morphogenic field of EDINA, like a plant sending out its roots. At this point they were telling me over and over to protect this little seedling, so that it could grow into the mighty tree that would heal, nourish and sustain millions of people one day. They told me that once I had one hundred people initiated they would turn up the volume on the energy available to everyone. And this did later happen; we all felt it.

At this point in time, it was my understanding that EDINA would be solely used as an overlay to other forms of healing work, with the Ankenash working in dimensions 4-12 while we did our other healilng modalities, in the three dimensions, like Reiki or BodyTalk or Healing Touch or whatever we chose. I did not know yet that there was to be more to EDINA than that!

I was deeply grateful to have the opportunity to work with such an experienced group of healers that day at Dr. Chapman's. It was a rare thing for her to have a class in her home, and I was honored that she did so for EDINA. She has been a tremendous help and support for me as I have brought in this form of energy medicine from the Sirians.

Chapter Eight: Early Initiates' Experiences

In the first EDINA class of thirteen Initiates there were a huge variety of people, teachers, a professional photographer, one stay-at-home mother of young children, several professional healers, a business coach/trainer, a college professor, a nurse, etc.. Some would never use EDINA on anyone but themselves; they were just holding the energy, anchoring it on the planet because they had a soul contract to do so. They perceived this as feeling the calling to be there, but they did not know why. Many people were healers who were there to pick up the energy and begin to apply it in their work. One person was there to teach me how people with a dark entity they do not want to release behave when they come to an EDINA class, and what to do about them when they do show up. Finally, there were the "gung ho" types who jumped into the practice of EDINA with their clients immediately.

One such person was a massage therapist named Kathy. She immediately began doing about four to five hours of EDINA per day on her massage clients. What we all learned from her experience had to do with monatomic elements. The reason that the Ankenash had told me we were to take monatomic elements, particularly monatomic gold, and especially right after an initiation, was that it feeds one's Lightbody. And it is the Lightbody which gets worked so hard when we are doing any kind of mulit-dimensional healing work like EDINA.

Kathy became deeply exhausted after a few days, and finally realized that it was the EDINA work that was making her so tired. She ordered the monatomic elements, as had been recommended in class, gave herself a couple of days to recouperate, and then began gradually re-introducing EDINA sessions with her massage clients, slowly increasing the hours she worked with EDINA so she could become accustomed to running this kind of energy through her Lightbody. She noticed a significant improvement in her energy level after starting to take the monatomic elements. Her conservative, mainstream husband took them, too, and noticed a big upward shift in his energy level.

After a few months, we found Initiates only need the monatomic elements when we are guided to use them, not daily as we had needed them at first, right after the initiations. We also discovered that the monatomic gold worked very well with the Aulterra, which is for DNA repair.

Yet another person, one who had arrived quite late for the class, and had behaved most arrogantly toward us all, coming across as if she were vastly superior and knew more than the rest of us, taught us all still another lesson. For this lesson I am grateful. A couple of weeks after the initiation, she began posting on our EDINA Initiates only Google Group that she had used her connection to the EDINA energies to make the Ankenash to protect her as she walked the "dangerous streets of New York." I was puzzled because I had not thought that this was what we had been instructed to do. In another post she said she had gone to the chiropractor and connected to the EDINA energies while he worked on her, and I became further puzzled. This did not seem right.

A couple of days after she made these posts, I was painting a wall in my living room. Having a background as an artist who channeled artworks for many years, I am in the habit of going into a trance while painting canvases, and so easily went into one painting the wall. The Ankenash appeared in the room clairvoyantly, and asked me why I was allowing this woman to destroy the method with which they were entrusting me. They seemed upset, almost. I asked them what they meant. They said they had given clear instructions that we were to connect to them for healing ourselves or others. Period. We were to connect only when we were the healer, not while someone else was healing us, as "M" had done with her chiropractor. They also stated they did not give anyone permission to summon them for any other purpose, including protection detail, as "M" had done when visiting New York City. There were plenty of other beings available to do this work, but The Ankenash were not. They firmly directed me to post on the Google Group their instructions in these two matters. So I did. They warned me she would probably pitch a fit over this, because she had a dark entity attachment. I had just days before learned that someone I knew and trusted had offered to remove one from her, and she had denied its existence. (Translation: "I want to keep it.") Just as The Ankenash had said, when I posted the clarifying instructions, the lady went ballistic, saying she wanted nothing further to do with EDINA.

A couple of days later while in meditation the Ankenash allowed me to see them remove the symbols I had implanted in her; in other words, she was "un-initiated." I am certain that if at some future date she wants to let go of that dark entity and get initiated again they would allow this. But what they explained to me was that the dark will try to penetrate/destroy anything powerful that is of the Light. We needed to be vigilant, particularly in the beginning, to protect EDINA from that. At the time of this writing, EDINA is firmly enough anchored in the Earth that we need not be quite as vigilant.

So in the beginning, it became clear that people would be sent to the classes to teach me things, too. A good teacher is an eternal student as well, even when it is uncomfortable to be.

Other people from that class reported on the Google Group that they were observing amazing almost unbelievable synchronicity in their lives, such as wild, vivid visions and experiences like nothing ever before in their meditations and dreams, sudden unexpected career changes for the better, Lightbeings appearing for the first time in their treatment room while they were working on clients, Lightbeings appearing in hospital rooms of their clients, and so on. So the Initiates were having the same kinds of extra-dimensional effects my clients had had, only these were more intense experiences. The effect on my Initiates' clients was similar, as well. Their clients had extra-dimensional effects, plus they were experiencing amazing physical healings, as well as positive personality changes, and beneficial shifts within their families, relationships and careers. These reports were very exciting to all of us, especially to these EDINA Pioneers!

Chapter Seven: Sacred Geometry in Asheville

And so because I was guided to go take BioGeometrics from Robert Gilbert in Asheville, I did. Included in this class was a great deal of information that I had learned twenty-five years earlier at the now disbanded Esoteric Philosophy Center in Houston from my teacher, William David, some of it forgotten until I heard it again. There was also much more information that I had not heard before. The most important thing I heard was something which I had forgotten from the earlier classes. It was the difference between the various levels of Lightbeings we might encounter.

Dr. Gilbert explained that there are three levels of Beings. One is the class of LIghtbeings that belong to the Spiritual Heirarchy class of beings, like the Earth's Spiritual Heirarchy, including angels, archangels, archoi, the White Brotherhood, and also include such beings as the Hathors, the Plieadians, and the Sirians, which include the Ankenash. These Lightbeings understand what we are doing on this planet, that we are spiritual beings evolving toward individual and planetary ascension, and that those who succeed in this will be come a new level of the Spiritual Heirarchy, called the "Spirits of Love and Freedom." We are different than other Lightbeings, such as angels and archangels and archoi, in that we were given free will. This is an experiement which is tettering on the brink of succeeding, and which has already succeeded in the expanded realms. That is why so many Lightbeings from all over this Universe are crowding in and watching at this time; we are an amazing, successful experiement that will change all the possibilities for the future of the Universe from this time forward, eternally.

If the above described beneficent Lightbeings contact us, they will tell us who they are, give us their names when we ask, tell us where they come from, and create synchronicity in our lives, including external confirmation of what they have told us. If we ask them to leave, they leave and do not come back until we invite them in. They come to teach and assist us.

The next level of Lightbeings, and mind you they actually are Lightbeings, are the Luciferics. They are just a bit lazy, and do not understand why we should "suffer" and think everything should be made just as easy as possible. The Luciferic beings do not understand the purpose of the "Earth School" as a place for souls to learn and grow and evolve. They are actually cosmic goof-offs who love to play disruptive games. They come to us again and again unvited, and will pump our egos up, telling us we are the greatest human ever born, that we are the "second coming" or whatever they have to say to hook us into playing their game. Many people have been side-tracked from their spiritual work, much to their own detriment, by these beings. They do not tell their names or where they come from, and being lazy, they cannot be bothered with outside confirmation. We will not find a confirming book or a website or hear the same words coming out of the radio or TV that they just said the day before. This is the difference between Luciferic and Beneficent Lightbeings.

There is a third type of being, and their names will not be mentioned here. They are very, very dark and horribly dangerous. No one ever gets them confused with Lightbeings, not even for a minute.

When I heard this portion of Dr. Gilbert's class explaining the three levels of beings, I knew this was the main reason I had come to North Carolina to study - to discern between beneficial and disruptive Lightbeings. This allowed me to feel much more relaxed and comfortable with what the Ankenash were doing in my life, and with what they were asking me to do in the world. From the beginning they told me their names, where they were from, and immediately created breath-taking confirmation in the outside world of everything they told me, usually within a twenty-four hour period of when they said it. The massive synchronicity they always created had blown me away from the very start.

Chapter Six: Initial Feedback on EDINA as an overlay

I honestly do not recall who was the first woman I worked on with EDINA. I worked on four different women who were long-time BodyTalk clients, and asked them to observe if there were any differences in their results, or if there were"extra-dimensional effects" or unusual side-effects after the sessions. The fifth person I worked on was a man. I did my usual BodyTalk session, and connected to the EDINA overlay for each of about a dozen people before one came back to report. I had chosen to work on clients who had previously had a lot of Reiki or BodyTalk, because the Ankenash said it might be too hard on anyone who had not experienced energy medicine before. Later that was not the case, but in the beginning this is what they instructed.

When the first few people came back to report on any extra-dimensional experiences or differences after their usual session using EDINA overlays, they all said the same thing, "Well, no, I did not experience anything especially different, except..."

The "except" was the extra-dimensional effect. No one really understood what an extra-dimensional effect was. What kinds of effects? Sudden, stellar synchronicity in their lives, of a level that knocked their socks off, or having out-of-body experiences for the first time, or awakening with loving Lightbeings in the room working on them, or a dramatic increase in intuition, or greater ease in meditation while reaching deeper levels during meditation. If they were also healers, they began to see their guides or helpers in the healing room for the first time. Regular people could see and hear their angels or guides for the first time. The speed of the physical, emotional and mental healing seemed to be increased over their usual sessions. This confirmation was what I needed before I was deemed ready to do initiations. I did these sessions on my clients and got feedback like this for about four months before the Ankenash told me it was time to initiate the first group.

They even gave me the exact date: August 15, 2007. I found out later that the astrology was just perfect. Even later still, I found out that this is the date of the Ascension of Mother Mary! Not having been raised Catholic, I had not ever heard that before. It is my understanding that August is also the only time of the year that Sirius is visible from Texas.

Oddly enough, the room where I did the initiations was on the first floor of my office building. This room had been vacant for four years. During the time that I was teaching the class, the leasing office actually leased that space! The building manager laughingly asked what I did to make that happen.

Thirteen people showed up to be initiated that day. They came from five different cities in Texas: Bryan, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston. I had sent out one of my usual newsletters, and these were the people who felt called to be initiated. I taught the informational part of the class and then initiated them. As they sat in a circle on the floor, I went around that circle initiating them seven times with the symbols the Ankenash had given me. I collapsed in a heap in the center afterwards; it was a lot of energy to run through my body. The energy was extremely intense that first time. Several people spoke. It was agreed that they felt they had made some kind of prior committment to be here, probably in a past life, even though most of them had never seen each other before. Then after discussing the experience of initiation, they took turns working on each other, connecting to EDINA, and using the "drawing down the light" techniques they had just learned.

The Ankenash told me that I would initiate over one hundred people in the first year. I was skeptical to say the least. After that, they said that there would be a large enough "morphogenic field" on Earth for them to turn up the level of energy. What that means is, there would be enough people carrying the energy and anchoring it into the Earth. The larger any group becomes, the stronger the energy available to individual practitioners becomes.

In spite of my skepticism, I had initiated the First Hundred within a ten month period. Some of them were initiated long-distance. We are now in the process of initiating the EDINA Core, which consists of the first five hundred people. I was told to keep records of who had been initated, and how to contact them. I was also told, at some point after the first initiation that August, that the Ankenash were who brought Reiki to the planet in the first place, tens of thousands of years ago. Mikao Usui "rediscovered" it, but it was the Ankenash who introduced it in the first place. They told me that EDINA is a higher frequency of energy, for which humanity is now ready.

The Ankenash also said that in order to avoid confusion, until I was told differently, I was the only one to receive information from them about how to do EDINA energy medicine. They said that there were a lot of people putting their own "twists" on Reiki that had nothing to do with Reiki, and that a lot of misinformation was going on out there. Some people were even creating their own "twists" purely for monetary gain. They did not want this to happen to EDINA.

This did not mean that they would not be giving healers suggestions in the healing setting. They would definitely do that, but it would be within the parameters of the technique as they had given it to me. Sometimes healers working with the Ankenash would be told to do things clairvoyantly in the healing setting that they might want to pass on to me for possible inclusion in the classroom setting. But they were not to teach others these techniques unless they first came through the proper protocol, which included running it by me. The reason for this, again, was internal consistency. What happened in the individual's healing room might be a one-time thing, but not part of the EDINA curriculum. To keep things organized, and unconfused, all the instruction will be coming first through me. Later it will be another person, and I will be told when that time comes, and let everyone else know.

Chapter Five: Confirmation

Here's one example of how the Ankenash gave me confirmation in the outer world. The day after I had first seen them work on me on the Persian runner, with their big red hats, bouncing, singing, vibrating and dancing, I stumbled across an article on a website while surfing the net. It was about ayahuasca trips in the Amazon. Stuart Wilde, whom I have admired for many years, is associated with this group. The article mentioned trans-dimensional temple beings, or as I call them, ELB's, extra-dimensional lightbeings, showing up during the ayahuasca journeys and working on people. One in particular was especially beautiful, and was wearing a big red hat, dancing and vibrating while working on a participant in the ayahuasca ceremony. I gasped, as it seemed that someone else had seen the Ankenash! Plus, I had been guided to surf to that site the next day after seeing them myself, to know that someone else had seen them. I will quote from Ralph Miller's article,

"Several months ago I started to see beings in the temple in Brazil during the Ayahuasca sessions. Sometimes we would see them as relatively short beings (say 4½ feet or 1.4 meters). They would be just standing around watching over us, or witnessing the journeys. I have also seen them bent over one of us who is journeying and they would be doing a strange dance of rhythmic undulations with their hands and upper bodies. They almost looked as they are doing some alchemic healing process. At times you could even make out different types of garments they were wearing. I once saw a being like this wearing a big puffy red hat. It was beautiful."

This occurred during an ayahuasca (eye-ah-wahs-ka) ceremony. Ayahuasca and many other teacher plants are an integral part of an ancient spiritual tradition on this planet, in fact, the oldest form of spirituality we have record of on Earth, shamanism. The teacher plants are one way that a spiritual participant can access higher consciousness states. The North American Indians used peyote, but they also used the drum beat alone to journey into altered states. The Bwiti tribe in Africa, the plant iboga is used in an initiatory ritual for the same purpose.

While they initially presented as beams of ultraviolet light fading to white at the top, the Ankenash can also manifest themselves in a more physical way. When they do, they are wearing red and gold, are blue-skinned, and they have wings. Underneath the upper edges of the wings, on the inside, when the wings are outspread, I can see groupings of what look like enormous jewels. I believe the jewels are actually some kind of light frequency generators, which they control with their intent.

There were many more outer confirmations like this for me, so you can see why I kept at it, taking dictation, and listening to them.

One of the things the Ankenash had explained during that first month of dictation was that EDINA energy medicine could be used as an overlay to other forms of healing. All we had to do was connect to them in a specific way that they had explained to me, and they would show up in the healing room to begin working on the client. I was instructed that we were to get the client's permission before working on them with EDINA, out of respect for free will. They then would work in the extra-dimensional realms reconnecting the individual's 12-strand DNA which had been deactivated in humans after the fall of Atlantis so long ago, to protect others in our cosmic neighborhood from what had befallen us. Their assistance would make for a smoother ride during ascension, they explained. They would also be repairing auric field tears or rips, reweaving the grids, and removing any energetic blocks in our multi-layered, twelve dimensional auric field. They often used the word "density" in place of the word dimension, saying it was more accurate.

They instructed me as to when to begin working on my own clients, and said to ask them for their observations of what was different in their lives after being worked on by my having used EDINA as an overlay to my usual BodyTalk sessions.

I was also told that I would be initiating people soon, and they gave me initiatory symbols, which were sacred geometry forms. They also explained that meditating on these forms would have a healing effect. I spent a long time with a compass and ruler trying to get these shapes right. I was channeling the forms all the while.

The first outer activity they gave me was to work on my clients using EDINA as an overlay. So I did. I was told to work on four women before attempting to work on a man, due to the DNA difference. I got the sense they were creating something as we went along, and they confirmed this. Why? Essentially, it was a surprise to our cosmic neighbors that we had come this far, when we were expected to "crash and burn" in the late 1990's. Humanity was not expected by most of our cosmic neighbors to survive the "shift of the ages". But when the Harmonic Convergence came along in 1987, and our light quotient was measured, to the amazement of the Ascended Masters and all our cosmic neighbors, thanks to the hard work of Lightworkers on Earth, our light quotient was within the range of our possibly being able to survive. Over ten years later, there is absolutely no doubt we will make it. There was great excitement in the heavens, and many who had not expected this to happen, kicked into gear to help us be sure our success at ascension was assisted in every way. The Ankenash were among those who agreed to assist, and began creating a new way to work with us, to facilitate our ongoing ascension.

And so I began to use EDINA as an overlay in my BodyTalk sessions.

Chapter Four: The Return of the Ankenash

And so they came back to me early one morning before dawn. As is my custom upon arising, I was drinking green tea, sitting in my easy chair, in a candle-lit room. Not yet fully awake, I am at that time able to go into an altered state easily. While altered that morning, I noticed that in the room that day there was a presence about which I had almost forgotten. It was the Ankenash. I was a bit surprised, not having thought about them in a such long time.

They began telling me things. I remember muttering aloud things like, "Oh, really?" and "Now, that's interesting." At this point one of them said, "Write it down, please." I had simply thought we were having a chat. So I dutifully got up and fetched a pen and notebook and began writing. This happened every morning for about a month. I was hearing them speak, and taking notes in longhand. They gave me a name, EDINA, and told me to write it down. It did not make any sense to me at the time, because I already knew their name, but I wrote it down anyway. Then while I was looking at the letters, I heard the words, Energy Dynamics for the Integration of Natural Attributes. It was an acronym! And I realized that is what I was to call the form of healing work they were asking me to bring to the planet.

"Oh, that's just dandy," I thought, "you want me to tell the whole world I am communicating telepathically with unseen forces."

I had great trepidation about the whole thing. Just exactly whom would I tell? Who would believe me? Why should I stick my neck out like that, and risk looking loopy? And most of all, why me? Why were they asking me, of all people, to do this? When I asked that question, their response was always, "Why not you?"

At some point during that month, one evening, I began to have painful hiccups the moment I lay down to go to sleep. After a few minutes of this torture, I arose and went to the long, narrow Persian rug in my dining room. (Aside: I dearly love that rug, it has camel hair in it, and is really soft, with warm colors and lots of diamond patterns in it. I keep it between the dining table and the kitchen, as that is where it fits best. I wish I could tell the weaver personally how much I treasure that rug.) Anyway, I took a pillow and tried to stop the hiccups by lying on this surface which was far firmer than the bed. Right after I got there, the Ankenash showed up. They told me they would be working on me for a few minutes. They collected around me in the familiar pattern, two on either side, one at my feet. Half their bodies were above the floor, and half below the floor, reaching down into the condo below mine. I noticed they were dancing, singing and vibrating. They looked really silly. They had on big flat, round red hats, which jiggled from side to side and up and down as they worked. I laughed aloud, and this made them very happy. The dancing and singing and vibrating was part of some kind of healing work, I thought. But it looked absolutely ridiculous. And I knew that was fine with them. After about thirty minutes of working on me they announced that they were finished. I realized the hiccups were long gone, and got up and went to bed.

This event happened after everyone else in the condo complex was asleep, and where I went to lie down was not near anyone else's bedroom on the other side of a floor or wall. I think the timing and location had to do with not disturbing anyone else's energy field.

The next morning I awoke, and while still in a hypnagogic state, not awake and not asleep, I saw that there was something floating between my feet, and about an hand's width below my feet. This form was black and I knew vaguely that it was geometrically shaped. It was floating in the air below my feet. It struck me as bizarre, but I assumed it had to do wth whatever the Ankenash had been doing. It felt good having it down there; I felt safer.

Again two nights later, just as I lay down to go to bed, I had a sudden onset of the most painful indigestion imaginable. If I were susceptible to Big Pharma brain-washing, I might have thought I was having a heart attack. I got up and went back to the Persian runner and lay down and it began to subside. They were there immediately, the Ankenash. Working again for about thirty minutes as I drifted in and out of semi-sleep, they bounced, sang and vibrated and did their thing. After it was over I got up and went to bed.

When I was waking up the next morning, I saw something that looked like a fried egg made of light in front of my belly about 12-18 inches out. It was beautiful light, made of colors I have never seen anywhere, they were so intense and glorious. This egg's center was a peaceful, uplifting turquoise, like the Carribbean Sea on a cloudless day, with swirls of a mid-range luminous blue on the edges,where the yolk of an egg would be. And where the white of the egg would be, there was a joyous yellow in the middle with a tinge of a most thrilling orange like a rim around the edges. This egg let me see it clearly in my hypnagogic state, and then faster than you can imagine, it moved in an arc and entered my body, at the level of my third chakra, or mid-upper abdomen. I felt shocked that this happened, and at the same time, noticed I felt uplifted and happier. It was like some king of healing balm to my third chakra, but it was made of light. I knew the Ankenash were responsible, but I did not know exactly what that light form was. I had never seen anything like that before.

For a month, between mid-March and mid-April of 2007, I continued to have early morning conversations, taking notes, being given sacred geometry forms and information. Every other night, for two weeks, I would be sent to lie on the dining room floor, on the long rug, to get worked upon by the Ankenash. Something else was happening, too. There was enormous synchronicity in my life. The Ankenash would mention something, and then I would get immediate confirmation in the outer world, the same day or the next. A client would unexpectedly come in with a book for me, or a website that they insisted I needed to check out, or an ad for a class to take to keep my "continuing education units" requirement satisfied would arrive in the mail. In each instance it was something that had to do with material the Ankenash had imparted to me earlier. Fortunately, I was aware enough from over twenty years of metaphysical studies to perk up and pay attention to this massive level of synchronicity. All the outside confirmation was impressive. I was also quietly urged by my guides or the Ankenash or someone, to take a class Sacred Geometry class called "Biogeometrics" in Asheville, North Carolina. The class was created by an Egyptian architect named Ibrahim Karim.

I did not know why I was being urged to be there until after I arrived for the four day class. All along, I had been wondering how for sure one could absolutely and definitely know the difference between the "good guys" or harmful beings masquerading as helpful ones. The class in Asheville, taught by a brilliant man, Dr. Robert Gilbert, at the Vesica Institute, was chock full of interesting and useful knowledge, as well as a lot of information I learned many years earlier. Additionally, it unexpectedly provided the answer about the difference between helpful and harmful Lightbeings. At least, it reminded me. I had been told the same thing at the Esoteric Philosophy Center in Houston two decades earlier, and had forgotten. I believe this was the primary reason I found myself at that class. How does one tell the difference? A Lightbeing who is working counter to your best interest will pump up your ego and tell you how great you are. They become irritated or elusive if you ask them what their names are, or ask for confirmation. They cannot be bothered with confirmation, being too lazy. These beings do not believe we need bother with lessons on earth, and the best thing for us to do is get the heck out of here. In short, they do not understand what we are doing here, or why we should ever be uncomfortable, and they do not support us in our work. In fact, they do the opposite. These are called Luciferic beings. They are not beings of darkness, but they are beings of the Light. Yet they do not understand or support our life mission, and will actually sabotage it. These are Lightbeings who do not understand the Earth School. Listening to them has caused the "downfall" of many people. There is yet another group of beings who are actually of the Dark, and I will not name them here.

The Ankenash on the other hand had told me their name immediately upon showing up, just as soon as I wondered silently in my mind who they were. They gave immediate confirmation in the outer world, over and over, for everything they said. They were definitely here to help me with my work, and clearly had done so over and over.

I also at Vesica learned that we are on the path as humans to evolving into Lightbeings like the angels, we are to be called the Beings of Love and Freedom. We are the first to have been given free will, and in that freedom and with our love we are returning to the Creator Source as we ascend.

Note: I have taken psychopathology in graduate school when studying clinical psychology, and would like to explain the difference between psychic and psychotic. Psychics hear voices and see things that they know others cannot hear or see. Persons with schizophrenia, which is one form of psychosis, believe that others can see and hear the same thing, or at least that they should be able to do that, and they often talk openly about psychic phenomena. I believe that they talk so openly about psychic phenomena because their filters between the dream state and the waking state are not functioning properly. They are stuck somewhere in between. Any psychotherapist or psychiatrist who has worked extensively with persons with schizophrenia can bear witness to the fact that they are very psychic. (The other psychosis "red flag" is if someone perceives "beings" who are saying bad things about them or others, telling them to harm self or others. If this happens, one would want to get professional help immediately.) Often the person with schizophrenia will tell the therapist what the therapist dreamed the night before, this is how psychic they can be.

Chapter Three: Discovering BodyTalk System

A strange set of circumstances synchronistically unfolded around my introduction to BodyTalk.

Having met a man about my age who intrigued me, and not being able to figure out why things were the way they were between us, I did a past life regression on myself. I had been doing past life readings for others for about twelve or thirteen years by then. But I did not know anyone who could do one for me, at least, not anyone with whom I felt safe. So I did it myself. I was very surprised to remember an intense past life with him, in which we were deeply in love, yet which ended horribly due to miscommunication. Over time, remembering a past life almost always helps one to heal, as the past life and its lessons are integrated. This happens if one has a non-judgmental, emotionally neutral "witness," like a good reader or regression therapist. I had not had anyone serving in that capacity. And so I was not healed by the regression, in fact, I was gradually becoming more and more deeply distressed.

So I called an acquaintance, Donna Guthery, an acupuncturist who does many other alternative healing modalities. She told me that she had just trained in something called BodyTalk that she thought would be helpful for me. We arranged a time for her to work on me, in about two days' time. Within the next twenty-four hours I heard of this modality two more times.

The next morning I happened into a bagel shop I seldom frequented, because I was in a hurry. There I found myself in line next to someone I knew, Sharon, who was thrilled because she was on her way to an appointment to get a BodyTalk session. She told me how great it was, and her excitement about it was such a joy to see that it made a huge impression on me. An hour later when I got to my office up in the Heights, there was an email from my former sister-in-law, Nancy, who at the time was a medical doctor in Caracas, Venezuela. She was really excited, because she had just been trained in a new modality she thought I might be interested in called the BodyTalk System. That made three times in a twenty-four hour period that I had heard something about BodyTalk, and I had never even once heard of this modality before! Impressive synchronicity. It is my belief that if you hear something two or more times in a relatively short interval from different sources who do not know each other, it is the Universe speaking. I pay very close attention to such synchronicity.

So I met with Donna, and she worked on me. I felt at least eighty percent better afterwards. She said my body indicated that I needed one more session on this particular issue in five days. After the second session, all my distress and pain were gone. I was so impressed with the results, that when the first class was offered in Texas, luckily right here in Houston, I signed up. That was March of 2002. I took the four day class, experienced more sessions and further healing myself as well as learning the basics of BodyTalk. I went straight to my office on the next workday and began practicing this modality on my clients.

The very first person I did this technique on was Diane, a very patient, kind soul. After I did her usual Reiki session, I asked if I could practice this new technique on her. She agreed. Diane was in a long-term marriage to a very sweet, lovable alcoholic who refused to stop drinking and fouling up their lives. Plus she had been hit a few years earlier with a personal tragedy that many people do not survive, and had been depressed for years. After I did BodyTalk on Diane, and I was very slow and plodding at first, she said she did not think she could get up off the table. I let her lie down and rest, and since my next clients were getting consultations, not bodywork, I could see them in a different room. Diane slept soundly in my treatment room for two hours. She looked utterly different when she left, and called later to say her depression was completely gone. It was gone for about eight months before it came back. The depression eventually came back due to a personal situation, from which she could neither seem to extricate herself, nor fully accept. (It is always how we react to the events or situations in our lives that cause our distress, not the events themselves. Our expectations of how things ought to be cause our unhappiness. Gratitude is the antidote.)

I was very excited about this modality, but initially rather nervous about being part of a group. I had always worked alone. I also heard that the founder and his wife had a spiritual belief system which I did not share, and I was apprehensive about anyone trying to convince me of their beliefs. I set those concerns aside, though, and continued the practice on all of my clients who were interested. About a year later I began to post on their members Forum, where I was to learn a lot about how I compared to other healers worldwide. It gave me a great deal of perspective about myself and my abilities, building my self-confidence enormously.

About the same time that I started to practice and learn BodyTalk, the Ankenash announced one day in my healing room that they were going to "step aside for a while as you learn this system." I threw myself into BodyTalk completely, soon giving up the massage business altogether, yet continuing to teach Reiki and my other classes, and do intuitive counseling, plus the past life readings and shamanic work. I did not think much about the Ankenash stepping aside; I was too thrilled about BodyTalk. I just mentally shrugged, and accepted what they had said. I knew they knew what they were doing. I did put a page on my website about them and the work I did with them, as an option for clients, and yet no one ever asked for a treatment!

I moved more and more into involvement with the BodyTalk System, and it quickly became the bulk of my practice. I watched people heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The core idea behind BodyTalk is to heal anything that is getting in the way of the individual's having time and energy to focus upon their own spiritual growth, although this is not exactly how it is advertised to the public. This is a form of energy medicine, yet it has not been until very recently that it seemed safe to the powers-that-be in BodyTalk to call it energy medicine.

In my practice of BodyTalk, I have seen people heal from things that no other healing modality had been able to touch. I saw difficult marriages either heal or dissolve, career and work situations resolve themselves almost magically, sometimes with a new job showing up out of the blue. I saw chronic pain gradually disappear, or all symptoms of "incurable" illnesses vanish, with the lab results to prove it, children with night terrors stop having them, sore knees or achy backs quit hurting, panic disorders resolve, depression heal, and even learning difficulties frequently went away. Allergies responded to BodyTalk, as did post-traumatic stress, migraines, nervous disorders, viruses and bacterial infections, sports injuries, "black clouds" hanging over people's heads, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, damaged nerves, parasites, nightmares, hormone imbalances, inherited disorders; the list is endless. And not everyone responded. It did not work one hundred percent of the time, but it probably worked over ninety percent of the time. The most common report I got from my clients was that they experienced peace and joy as a result of coming to see me for sessions.

Naturally, I kept taking the classes and getting into more advanced levels of the training. I went to the bi-annual conferences, where most people knew of me due to my participation on the BodyTalk members forum. I had contributed heavily to the practice of BodyTalk by introducing new ways of using it via the members forum. Others followed suit, but I was the first. I learned the importance of an online forum, and of group energy. There is a great deal of value in a group of people doing the same thing the same way. Everyone's sessions became more powerful, the more that new people came on board and were doing BodyTalk, particularly when someone who was already a powerful healer came on board.

I had been enthusiastically practicing BodyTalk for about five and a half years before the Ankenash came back and began talking to me early one morning in mid-March of 2007. I had almost forgotten about them at that point.

Chapter Two: Who are they?

I cannot pinpoint the exact date that the Ankenash first showed up, but I do know that it was sudden, yet gentle. Any time I would work on clients I would close my eyes and go into an altered state of consciousness, hence the ability to see various Lightbeings. At the time in question, I had been doing massages for ten years, a Reiki Master for about eleven years, and had been meditating for about twenty-two years. Meditation changes the energy that comes out of the therapist's hands. A client will become more relaxed if worked upon by someone who has been meditating for a long time. There is a frequency that comes from the healer's hands, which is similar to the healer's brain wave frequency. This is affected by the state of mind, which is affected deeply by meditation. The principle involved here is similar to that of the galvanic skin response, which is measured to determine truth or falsehood in a lie detector test. Our skin carries the brainwave frequency. The vibrational frequency coming from the hands of the healer or therapist is a very real, measurable thing.

Additionally, I knew that every time I touched people in the healing setting, no matter what the stated technique I was using, Reiki energy was flowing through my hands to the client. I believed that there were people whose Higher Selves sent them simply to get massages and wanted them to also get Reiki, or they would not have chosen to come see me. They were intuitively guided. Many were unaware of what Reiki was. They said things like I had the softest hands they had ever felt, or that my touch was unbelievably smooth. I believe they were trying to express that they could perceive something was different about the touch. What it was, however, was simply too hard to verbalize, given their particular belief system at that point in time. I tried not to get into conversations about things like energy and vibrations and metaphysical or weird things; I was knew that given the current paradigm, most would not come back out of fear or confusion about what I was doing.

So in the midst of my doing what looked to most of the clients like no more than deep relaxation massage, the Ankenash showed up in the healing room. After a few weeks of their presence and assistance, I wondered silently to myself who or what this new phenomenon was. I heard immediately an answer, " We are the blah-blah-blah." "What did they say?" I wondered. They repeated their answer. I had to listen closely and ask them to repeat it several times until I got their name. I was sure I would remember it and then after coming out of the massage-induced altered state, did not. After asking them again casually over several days, it finally occurred to me to place a piece of paper and a pencil on the table near my workspace. Finally, one day I stopped in mid-massage and with one hand still on my client's back, and reached over with the other hand and wrote down the name: "The Ankenash." They told me their name was derived from three letters of the Kaballah, and that if I looked up those letters, I would know from which letters the name was derived. The name is not exactly those three letters strung together, it is just derived from them. Fascinated with what I would find, I went to a bookstore that day and found something on the Kaballah, which I had never been even mildly curious about before. As I flipped through the names of the letters. I easily found the three that I was sure were they. Ayin, Kalph and Aleph. The book I consulted at the time had the meanings as Eye, Palm of Hand, and Flame or Final Resolution. I now know that those three letters have a vast multiplicity of meanings.

Ayin can also mean the illuminating principle behind the act of conception. It is the closest letter to the Source. It means that life, whether it is physical or spiritual, comes from the same process. Kalph can also mean, besides palm of hand, the final attainment of individual existence as conceived in the beginning (ascension? return to source?) It can mean the archetypal container, as the human form is the archetypal container of the human spirit. Aleph can mean primal energy, ultimate oneness and ultimate nothingness. It is that which brings into form that which is formless; the letter that has no sound; referring to the emptiness out of which life vividly flashes into being.

From the very beginning, I was guided by them. First it was to a book that told me the meanings of the letters for which these beings were named. The book explained enough that I could extrapolate that the letters meant a flame that came from an eye that exists in the center of the palm of the hand. I was stunned. Wasn't that rather what Reiki was? Light (flame) that comes out of the palm of the hand? Also, I had seen plenty of Tibetan tanka paintings with eyeballs painted in the palms of peoples' hands, and on the palms of their feet. I knew what that meant. I practiced shamanism. I knew that one could look inside a person's body by placing a hand on the body and with closed eyes, and look inside the body using the palm of the hand.

I also knew, because a Tibetan Rinpoche Lama came to see me for massage, that there was a sect of Tibetan Buddhism which practiced shamanism, hence the eyeballs on the hands and feet. In fact, this young Lama volunteered to do a Soul Retrieval for me when I told him I needed one. A couple of weeks later, I dreamed he did one for me. I was certain he was using a technique I did not know about, andthat he had done a soul retrieval. A couple of years later I learned that he had subsequently written books on how to do various types of spiritual work while sleeping. Beyond that, I also had seen flames coming from the palm of my hand at one time.

Having accidentally burned my eyelid trying to wax my own eyebrows one evening, I placed a palm over my eye, to Reiki it, for more than an hour, while simultaneously tending to my two young sons as they got ready for bed. I got a few minutes pause while they were in the big claw footed tub of our bathroom. As I sat in a low wicker chair near the tub, while my little boys splashed and played with toys, my attention drifted for a moment to my hand and eye. After I completely covered the other eye, I realized with a start that I was seeing golden yellow flames slowly, gently undulating out of my palms, viewed as if I were looking down from the angle at the top of the flame coming from my palms.

At the time I had no idea that this would be confirmation of something vastly more important almost twenty years later. It seemed pretty significant all by itself at the time. Reiki came out of the hand like a flame! I had seen it with my own eyes! I had never heard anyone say that it did, but I saw it myslef. I knew that experience was everything in the spiritual realm. As for the meanings for the three letters of the Kaballah, I knew that I could never have made that up. I had never seen a book on the Kaballah before. I snapped to the fact that this was not just my imagination. Something was going on here that was beyond me, beyond my small self. I was being communicated with by intelligent beings who were capable of sending me to find a book to explain further what I needed to know about them.

Ever cautious, however, I did not tell anyone at all about this phenomenon called "The Ankenash" at that time. I just continued to allow it all to unfold in my healing room. The Ankenash began to suggest to me that I begin to regularly use smudging techniques, tingshas, and Tibetan bowls and crystals/stones in my healing work. Clients began to show up who just wanted me to work on them with Reiki and the stones and bowl sounds. I began to add more stones to the collection, almost as if by accident, going into my shop area and picking them up as guided, thinking they would go back into the shop to be sold, but they never have.

So for about a year and a half, maybe two years, I worked with the Ankenash in this manner. And then I discovered the BodyTalk System.

Chapter One: All of History Conspires...

EDINA energy mecicine for ascension came to us synchronistically, at just the right moment. All of history conspired to bring us to this moment in time. It always does. All of your history conspired to bring you to this moment, and this page today, to read this.

My history is unique, as is yours. Mine led me to be in the right place, in my treatment room in the Heights area of Houston, Texas, at the right time, sometime between the years 1999-2000, to be contacted by the Ankenash, who are ELB's: Extradimensional Light Beings. They quietly came into my healing room unannounced one day, and eventually asked me to introduce a new form of energy medicine to the people of Earth. It is known as EDINA energy medicine. EDINA is an acronym which stands for Energy Dynamics for the Integration of Natural Attributes. The practice involves contacting these lightbeings, the Ankenash, to assist us in healing our clients, with client permission, of course, as we work in the healing setting. What the Ankenash primarily do is work gradually upon reconnecting our crystalline 12-strand DNA, and removing any blocks or imbalances that may be in the extradimensional realms. They do this so that we can ascend, as the time comes, with greater ease. No one is saying that ascension is not possible without this work, just that it is easier to ascend having had it. We can always climb a mountain with our feet and hands, or we can use a jetpack on our backs to get up to the top of that mountain. It's our choice.

Now, I said I was eventually asked to bring in the new energy medicine, because in the beginning, they just showed up in the healing room and worked with me, suggesting the use of certain stones on certain chakras, and informing the patterns of sound I was to tone using a combination of Tibetan bowls, and over which chakras. Their presence felt very comfortable, and safe.

What I was already doing in my healing setting, which was a little room in the back of my metaphysical shop called the Hot Pink Lotus, was Reiki Master massage, past life readings, and shamanic work, including soul retrievals. I also taught metaphysical/spiritual classes, and invited others in to do the same. I had been a Reiki Master for about eleven or twelve years when the Ankenash showed up. Whenever I did my massage therapy, as I had been doing for about ten years at that time, I would see in my mind's eye, yellowish golden or white humanoid beings of light in the healing room. Sometimes they would work on my clients, gathering around the healing table. Occasionally one would stand behind me and reach their arms and hands through mine and down into the client's body, often affecting "miraculous" healings. I had seen them for many years and wondered if they were my imagination or if they were really there, before I saw the illustrations in Barbara Brennan's book, "Hands of Light." I was so relieved and grateful to learn that someone else was seeing the exact same thing. Maybe I was not so strange after all. Bless you, Barbara Brennan, bless you from the bottom of my heart for including those color illustrations!!

Besides being what looked like a greyish-blue light, instead of the usual yellow or white, these beings were shockingly tall. They presented initially skinny beams of grey-blue light fading to white at the top; these Lightbeings were different from the usual ones. I later learned they greyish-blue light is how ultraviolet light is peceived by humans. The usual "invisible" helpers I had seen previously in the healing room looked like humans and were about the same size, and moved independently. (How could I see these invisible ones? Clairvoyantly.) These ELB's were also different in that they arranged themselves in a pattern around the healing table that was very consistent. Wherever I stood, they moved to create a pattern around the table that left two of us on one side of the table, two on the other side of the table, and one each at the head and foot of the table. I say "us" because it not only gave the appearance of group work, but when I wondered about it, they told me that it truly was group work. They referred to the pattern as "the six of us." There was a very relaxed feeling when they were there. Again, the communication from them and perception of them was clairvoyant and clairaudient.

The pattern they created reminded me somewhat of the Tree of Life from sacred geometry. When I mused silently that their calling this pattern "the six of us" was odd, they answered that I was actually one of them. All I had to do was think a question, and they immediately answered in my head. They were communicating with me telepathically, and with great ease. In wondering why I never knew about being one of them before, they answered that it had not yet been time for me to remember. And I realized that it might indeed have been overwhelming earlier. Often if we know too much too soon, we can simply shut down, or run hide under the bed, metaphorically speaking. Clearly, we cannot get very much done hiding under the bed. The Ankenash explained that there was a more expanded aspect of myself asleep in a special room in a kind of temple at their home base. She was sleeping because about eighty percent of her energy was going to me as her incarnation with a special job to do. They further explained that their home base was located at Sirius-B. When they told me this, with a gasp, I suddenly flashed back to an incident that had happened when I was in my mid-thirties, which was about fifteen years earlier.

One evening during the sweltering damp heat, air thick with mosquitoes, typical of summertime on the Texas Gulfcoast, my husband and I and our two children had come home after dark. We pulled into our driveway in the Silk Stocking Historic District of Galveston, and stopped the car. As we stepped out of the car, I happened to glance straight up. I froze in my tracks. My attention was riveted upon a star in the sky that was so enormous I wondered if it were a satellite or even a starship. No stars were ever so large, at least not in my experience. Almost instantly out of my mouth came the words, "Is that Sirius?" I do not know where those words came from, as I had no idea there was a star named Sirius at that time. While pronouncing those words, something deep stirred within me. I had an immense longing, a homesickness that was the deepest well of homesickness I had ever felt. I knew in an instant that I was from Sirius, and I wanted desperately to go home. But I could not go yet, and I knew that just as immediately. Crestfallen and simultaneously grateful to have seen a glimpse of home again, I went into the house with the rest of my family.

August is the only time of the year that you can actually see Sirius from Texas, I learned later.

In answer to my question about Sirius, my husband murmered that he did not know, and he did not seem very interested. I was left alone with this deep feeling of longing. Many things could not be shared with him or anyone else. I puzzled over this for a while, and with nothing further to attach to it, I let it go. Although I did not know this at the time, the incident was quite securely tucked away in vivid detail somewhere in memory, ready to emerge again when the time was right. And the time was right that day in my healing room many years later, when The Ankenash told me that another part of me was asleep on Sirius giving eighty percent of her energy to me as an incarnation, because I had important work to do. I had absolutely no idea what the serious work was that I was to do. I was also mildly curious about this higher aspect of myself in another star system, but no further information was forthcoming.

As it turns out, Sirius-B, which is The Ankenash' home base, is not visible to us on Earth at all. What we refer to as Sirius is a triune star, with Sirius-A being the large, bright visible one. Sirius-B and Sirius-C rotate around the big bright one. However, I do not think anyone but the Dogon Tribe in Africa were actually aware of the second two stars at the time of the indicent in my driveway in the 1980's. All that was known at that time was that Sirius was really big, and that it had a strange orbit.
